Sikalastic-260 Stop Aqua is a single-component membrane , based on resin in aqueous phase, ready to use, applied in liquid form, for wet rooms.
Provides a fully adhered waterproof finish, ready for tiling.

Application areas

The product is used for:

• Waterproofing shower rooms

The product is used on the following substrates:

• Concrete and cement substrates
• Dry screeds
• Plasterboard
• Plaster bricks
• Building plaster
• Ceramic tiles

Noticed :

• The product can only be used for interior applications.

Application

Expansion joints and floor/wall connection joints:

1. Apply the product in the form of an adhesive evenly on the surface using a roller or a trowel.
2. Treat with appropriate Sika SealTape F and interior/exterior components

Pipes and channels in the ground:

1. Apply the product in the form of an adhesive evenly on the surface using a roller or a trowel.
2. Seal with Sika SealTape F.

Coating system:

1. Apply the primer to the prepared substrate.
2. Pour the product on the substrate.
   Note: Consumption is specified in application information.
3. Apply the product evenly to the surface using a roller or trowel.
4. After the intercoat wait time, apply a second coat to the surface with a roller or trowel.
5. After the last waiting time, lay the tiles on the coating.

Consumption

1.2 kg/m² in total, applied in two coats
