Silicone SN & NA - Sanitary and natural stone sealant - PTB Compaktuna

Silicone SN & NA is a ready-to-use silicone sealant for sanitary applications and natural stone.

Features :

• Ready-to-use silicone sealant with antifungal action, easy to use, with good adhesion to various supports.
• Specially designed for sealing natural stones (marble, blue stone, etc.).
• Leaves virtually no migration on stones (formation of stains on natural stones by migration of the plasticizing agent present in the silicone).
• Resists aging, atmospheric conditions, high and low temperatures well.
• Hardening occurs by reaction with humidity in the air.

Manual :

1. Surfaces must be dry.
   If necessary degrease with acetone, MEK or alcohol.
   If necessary (on porous support or wood), use PRIMER PO .
2. It is recommended to carry out adhesion tests beforehand.
3. Always use a suitable hand-held or air pressure gun.
4. The shape of the joint is very important.
   Thin thicknesses and a hollow shape of the joints should be avoided.
5. Avoid thermal, mechanical shock or chemical attack before complete hardening.
6. Uncured SILICONE SN & NA is removed with solvents.
7. After hardening, it is advisable to remove the remainder mechanically as much as possible.

Consumption :

• 10 x 10 mm joints: ±3 running meters per cartridge
• 5 x 5 mm joints: ±12 running meters per cartridge

Usage time:

• Transparent: dry to the touch after ±12 min.
• Colored: dry to the touch after ±20 min.

Conditioning :

310 ml cartridge: Transparent, White, Mineral, Provence, Beige, Mokka, Clay gray, Concrete gray, Limestone, Silver gray, Manhattan, Cement gray, Greige, Anthracite, Black, Jasmine and Bahama.
