Facility:

Step 1: Slide the clips under the tiles

After applying the glue, the clips are slipped under the tile.
You place one or more clips per side depending on the format of the tile.
Position the tile by tapping it with a mallet.

• Lay the adjacent tile after placing the spacers.
• Depending on the dimensions of the tile, it may be necessary to use several spacers on each side.
• The use of at least two spacer clips per side is recommended for tiles greater than 20 cm.

Step 2: Apply Shims

Slide the wedge into the opening in the crosspiece.
Gently insert the wedges into the clips without going beyond the breaking point.

Step 3: Use the pliers

Use the special adjustable pliers for easier insertion.

Step 4: Remove the clips

Allow 24 hours drying time after fixing!

Once the glue has completely dried and hardened, the still visible part of the crosspieces must be removed.
To do this, cut the upper part of the crosspieces with a mallet or with your foot by hitting the crosspiece with its wedge in the direction of the joint.

The caps are reusable by unscrewing them from the clips

CAUTION, do not break the clips against the joint.

Usage tips

The number of clips and spacers needed depends on the size of the tiles.
The quantity of Levelit depends on the size of the tile (A x B) and can be deduced by consulting the table provided.

Possible joint width:

• 1mm
• 1.5mm
• 2mm
• 3mm
• 4mm

Conditioning:

Tile thickness 6-12 mm

• 100 clips, 100 spacers and plastic pliers: 1 - 1.5 - 2 - 3 - 4 mm
• 250 clips, 250 spacers and plastic pliers: 1 - 1.5 - 2 - 3 - 4 mm

Tile thickness 15-25 mm

• 250 clips, 250 wedges and metal pliers: 2 - 4 mm

Tile thickness 22-30 mm

• 250 clips, 250 wedges and metal clamp: 3 mm
