6-12 mm clips

Can be used for tiles with a minimum thickness of 6mm up to a maximum of 12mm.
For very thin tiles < 6 mm, a corner separator should be used.
This is slipped under a wedge.

XL clips of 15-25 mm and 22-30 mm

These leveling clips with a joint thickness of 2Lmm or 4Lmm are longer, which allows them to be used for tiles with a thickness between 15 and 25 mm.
Ideal for laying terrace slabs.

These leveling clips with a joint thickness of 3Lmm are longer, which allows them to be used for tiles with a thickness between 22 and 30 mm.
Ideal for laying terrace slabs.

Facility:

Step 1: Slide the clips under the tiles

After applying the glue, the clips are slipped under the tile.
You place one or more clips per side depending on the format of the tile.
Position the tile by tapping it with a mallet.

• Lay the adjacent tile after placing the spacers.
• Depending on the dimensions of the tile, it may be necessary to use several spacers on each side.
• The use of at least two spacer clips per side is recommended for tiles greater than 20 cm.

Step 2: Slide the shims under the clips

Slide the wedge into the opening in the crosspiece.
Gently insert the wedges into the clips without going beyond the breaking point.

Step 3: Push the wedge all the way with the adjustment pliers

Push the wedge with pliers all the way and tighten it to level the tile.

Step 4: Remove the clip

Allow 24 hours drying time after fixing!
Once the glue has completely dried and hardened, the still visible part of the crosspieces must be removed.

To do this, cut the upper part of the crosspieces with a mallet or with your foot by hitting the crosspiece with its wedge in the direction of the joint.
The caps are reusable by unscrewing them from the clips

CAUTION, do not break the clips against the joint.

Usage tips

The number of clips and spacers needed depends on the size of the tiles.
The quantity of Levelit depends on the size of the tile (A x B) and can be deduced by consulting the table provided.
