Durable, water-repellent and aesthetic protective layer for the treatment of slates , tiles and corrugated sheets attacked by moss and algae .

Application :

For use on all porous fiber cement slates, tiles, shingles and corrugated bituminous sheets.

Useful information:

• ROOFPAINT is made of premium quality acrylic resins and clear pigments.
• Store in a cool place (max. 20°C) and protected from frost.
• Do not apply when the ambient temperature and the temperature of the substrate are below +5°C or above +50°C and when there is a risk of rain within 2 hours.
• Eco-friendly formula: Roofpaint does not contain harmful solvents.
• ROOFPAINT has a matte appearance.
• ROOFPAINT can be spray applied (220 bar airless pressure / 18-40” turn-flow nozzle opening / 50 mesh filter) at intervals of ± 2 to 4 hours depending on the temperature and degree of humidity of the paint. 'air.
• Clean your tools with water immediately after use.

Manual :

1. Dust and degrease the support first.
   A slightly damp surface increases adhesion.
2. Thoroughly remove all green deposits and algae with the putty knife or high-pressure cleaner (min. 150 bar) until no more fibers come loose.
   In this way, the use of a tie layer is unnecessary.
3. Apply Stop Green Deposits to eliminate remaining traces.
   Leave to act for 24 hours.
4. Rinse to remove any remaining residue.
5. Apply a first coat of Roofpaint diluted with 10 to 15% water with a brush or roller at a rate of +/- 0.12 to 0.17 l/m²/coat and leave to dry for 4 hours.
6. Then apply a 2nd coat undiluted.
   Avoid excessive layer thicknesses.
   Take care that the saw cuts are not closed between them for a perfect evacuation of water.
   A 2nd undiluted coat is only necessary for heavily attacked substrates.
