Super- elastic and waterproof rubber coating for joint-free renovation and repair of old and weathered bituminous roof coverings.

Forms after drying a tenacious elastic layer, well adherent, which resists atmospheric pollution and temperature variations.

Due to its incomparable elasticity, repairs by itself small damage caused by, for example, sunken gravel.

After stress, the coating returns to its original shape. It will thus quickly resume its shape after the impact of a small pebble.

The life of your roof is thus extended by min. 5 years.

Application :

To be used on all kinds of bituminous rolls (roofing but not on shingles). Can also be used on wood, masonry work, cementing, concrete, etc. to seal terraces, buried walls, foundations, etc.

Useful information:

• ELASTIC-RUBBER is made of carefully selected bitumen and synthetic latex.
• Store in a cool place (max. 20°C) and protected from frost.
• Do not use at an ambient temperature below +5°C or above +50°C.
• Ecological formula: ELASTIC-RUBBER does not contain harmful solvents.
• With ELASTIC-RUBBER, you can later decide to lay a bituminous membrane (roofing). You can apply it with a torch or glue it using Roofix , depending on the type of bituminous membrane you want to lay.
• If there is a green deposit on the roof to be renovated, it is advisable to first remove it using STOP GREEN DEPOSITS or SELF-CLEANING .
• Clean your tools with white spirit.

Prepare the substrate:

1. First, dust and degrease the support.
2. Repair blisters, crevices and cracks with REPAIR MASTIC or with MASTIC ROOF SBS elastic sealing paste, possibly reinforced with tear-resistant ANTI- CRACK polyester reinforcement. Leave to dry sufficiently (approx. 1 week) before continuing.
3. Clean the media. Since it is impossible to remove all the dust, it is recommended to fix the remaining dust using an adhesion varnish.
4. In order to guarantee optimum adhesion, impregnate the support with the quick-drying adhesion varnish ROOFPRIMER .
