Applications:

• Reinforce rusted parts and seal small holes in metal, polyester and wood.

Instructions for use:

1. Apply a small amount of paste to a flat surface and mix it with 2 to 3% hardener.
2. Mix thoroughly until the hardener strands are no longer visible.
3. Do not mix more product than you can use within ± 5 min.
4. Apply the mixture quickly and smoothly using a spatula (in several layers if necessary), until the top surface slightly overhangs the adjacent part.
5. After hardening, it is possible to continue the surface treatment (sanding, painting, etc.).
6. Finish with an additional coat of Metal Plastic or Extra Fine Metal before painting or spraying.
7. Cleaning product: Acetone

FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions

1. On what surfaces can I use Polyfiber?
   Polyfiber adheres very well to metal, steel, aluminum, polyester (GRP), wood, and some prepared plastics. It is not recommended for flexible surfaces or very smooth plastics without a suitable primer.
2. What proportion of hardener should be added?
   The recommended proportion is 2 to 3% hardener (BPO). For example, for 100 g of plaster, add 2 to 3 g of hardener.
3. Can the plaster be painted?
   Yes, once sanded, Polyfiber can receive a primer, then automotive paint.
4. Should a finishing sealant be applied after Polyfiber?
   Often yes. Polyfiber is very strong but slightly textured due to the fibers. A finishing putty allows you to obtain a perfectly smooth surface before painting.
5. What is the drying time?
   Polyfiber hardens in 5 to 10 minutes and can be sanded in 20 to 30 minutes, depending on the temperature and the amount of hardener.
6. Can a large hole be filled?
   Yes, thanks to its fibers, it's ideal for rebuilding and reinforcing damaged areas. For very large holes, apply several layers.
7. Is it water and weather resistant?
   Yes, once fully cured and painted, Polyfiber is very resistant to moisture, vibrations and mechanical stress.
