Classic polyester quality, meeting most bodywork needs. The product is suitable for repairing damaged surfaces (with scratches, dents or cracks) made of metal, wood or polyester.

Features :

Applications:

• Filling of crevices, cracks and hollows in metal sheets, even zinc-plated and galvanized ones.
• Repairing scratches, tears and dents on cars.
• Repairs to surfaces made of metal, polyester and wood.
• Filling cracks in the wood.

Instructions for use:

• Apply a small amount of paste to a flat surface and mix it with 2 to 3% hardener.
• Mix thoroughly until the hardener strands are no longer visible.
• Do not mix more product than you can use within ± 5 min.
• Apply the mixture quickly and smoothly using a spatula (in several layers if necessary), until the top surface slightly overhangs the adjacent part.
• After hardening, it is possible to continue the surface treatment (sanding, painting, etc.).
• Cleaning product: Acetone
• Repair: With the same product.

1. On what materials can I apply this coating?
   It is ideal for metal, galvanized steel, aluminum, and polyester. It is not recommended for use on soft plastic surfaces or wood.
2. Can I paint directly onto the plaster after it has dried?
   Yes, but it is recommended to apply a primer before painting for better adhesion and optimal results.
3. How long should I wait before sanding?
   Generally, 15 to 20 minutes at 20°C is sufficient. The time may vary depending on the thickness of the layer and the ambient temperature.
4. Can the product be used outdoors?
   Yes, once painted and protected. The plaster itself is not meant to remain exposed without a finish.
5. How to properly dose the hardener?
   The rule of thumb is 2 to 3% hardener. Too much can lead to overly rapid drying or poor adhesion.
6. Can multiple layers be applied?
   Yes, if necessary. Wait until the first coat is dry and sanded before applying a second.
7. Can the product fill large cavities?
   For deep holes, it is better to apply several thin coats rather than one thick coat.
8. What is the shelf life?
   In a closed pot, in a cool, dry place, 12 months on average.
