Tec7 FoamTack is an all-weather, very low post-expansion adhesive foam for interior and exterior use.

Features :

• The first choice for all assembly and bonding where speed, strength and insulation capacity are important.

Application areas :

1. Thermal bridge-free bonding of hard insulation panels, aerated concrete blocks and other construction elements.
2. The assembly of Placoplâtre panels and composite panels against walls and structures.
3. The assembly of furniture panels and interior elements.
4. The placement of window sills.
5. Fixing electrical boxes.

Technical specifications:

• Base: polyurethane.
• Hardening: polymerization in contact with humidity (air).
• Pink color.
• Skin formation (at 23°C and 50% RH) FEICA TM 1014: 5 minutes.
• Charging (at 23°C and 50% RH): 60 minutes.
• Shape stability (FEICA TM 1004): <1% deformation.
• Density: 22 kg/m³.
• Thermal conductivity (FEICA TM 1020): 0.034 W/mK.
• Acoustic insulation: 60 dB.
• Tensile strength (ETAG 004 - ETICS): 0.12 N/mm².
• Shear strength: >0.43 N/mm².
• Application temperature: environment between -5°C and +30°C and product between +5°C and +25°C (ideally: +20°C).
• Thermal resistance: from -50°C to +90°C with peaks between -65°C and +130°C.
• Resistance: good chemical resistance, resists weathering and rot; sensitive to UV rays.
• Storage: at least 15 months in the original closed packaging, stored upright, dry and cool.
