X-Seal is an extremely flexible sealing kit based on MS hybrid polymers replacing any other seal.
EC 1 PLUS label: very low VOC emissions .

• Tensile strength (DIN 53504 S2): ± 1.6 N/mm².
• Movement capacity: 20%.
• Consistency (DIN EN ISO 7390): stable up to ≤ 3 mm.
• Hardening: by polymerization under the influence of air humidity.
• Application temperature: +5°C to +40°C.
• Working time at 23°C/50%RV: max. 30 min.
• Hardening at 23°C and 50% RV: after 24h: ± 2.5 mm; after 48h: ± 3.5 mm.
• Shrinkage after curing (DIN EN ISO 10563): ≤ 3%.
• Can be painted: yes.
• Density at 23°C and 50% RH: 1.48 ± 0.05 g/cm³.
• Thermal resistance: from - 40°C to + 90°C.
• Chemical resistance:
  • Good: water, aliphatic solvents, oils, fats, bases and dilute organic acids.
  • Medium: esters, ketones and aromatics.
  • Bad: concentrated acids and chlorinated hydrocarbons.
• Weather resistance: very good.
• Storage: 18 months, dry and cool in original packaging.
• Frost resistant during transport down to -15°C.
