Tec7 X-Tack is an MS silicone polymer with extreme initial adhesion for use on most materials.

• Hardness (DIN 53505) after 3 weeks at a relative humidity of 23°C/50%: +/- 54 Shore A.
• Shrinkage (DIN 52451): +/- 5%.
• Consistency (DIN EN 27390): does not sag between joints up to 40 mm wide.
• Breaking elasticity: > 400%.
• Modulus under elasticity 100% 23°C (DIN 53504 S2): 1.7 N/mm².
• Tensile strength (DIN 53504 S2): 2.8 N/mm².
• Film formation: 7-15 minutes.
• Hardening:
  • 24h - 2.7mm
  • 48h - 4mm
• Thermal stability: -40°C to +90°C.
• Ambient temperature for application: from -10°C to +40°C.
• Product temperature for application: from +5°C to +40°C.
• Chemical resistance:
  • Good against water, salt water, aliphatic solvents, oils, dilute inorganic acids and alkalis.
  • Average against esters, ketones and aromatics.
  • Bad against concentrated acids and chlorinated solvents.
• Unalterability: perfect.
• Shelf life: 15 months in original closed packaging.
