Floor Fix - Heavy Duty epoxy mortar - Tec7

Tec7 Floor Fix is a 2-component industrial epoxy mortar based on solid glass beads.

Features :

• A 2-component industrial epoxy mortar
• 3 x stronger than concrete
• To apply without using a primer
• Can be used indoors and outdoors
• Applicable in unlimited thickness and can be processed down to zero level without loss of strength and without shrinkage
• Resistant to heavy goods vehicles, forklifts, pallet trucks.

Application areas :

1. Repair of industrial floors, roads, garage floors, bridges, weighbridges, loading docks, driveways, concrete joint noses, holes, etc.
2. Leveling mortar, equalization and creation of slopes facilitating the passage of rolling stock at doors, sidewalks, etc.
3. Repair of stair treads.
4. Fixing and leveling door profiles, floor profiles, etc.
5. Tile repair; fill missing tile holes as well as as a mass for laying and joining tiles.
6. Repair mortar for floor screeds.
7. Construct small traffic speed bumps or disaster edges to collect water and/or chemicals.
8. Seal large crevices, cracks and soil damage.

• Composition: epoxy resin, polyamine hardener and acid-washed quartz aggregates.

• Density: ca 2 +/- 0.1 kg/dm³.
• Pressure resistance: 41 N/mm².
• Tensile strength: 20 N/mm².
• E-modulus: 1701 N/mm².
• Hardening: without shrinkage.
• Adhesion:
  • on concrete, stone, wood: exceeds the cohesion of the support
  • on metals: minimum 2 N/mm²
  • on plastic: must be tested every time
  • does not adhere to polyethylene or polypropylene films (= used to facilitate unmolding)
• Temperature resistance:
  • permanent from -30°C to 50°C
  • accidentally 90°C
  • permanence of shape unloaded: 200°C
  • perfectly resists steam cleaning
• Chemical resistance:
  • resists acids, alkalis, salts, oils, gasoline, fuel oil, urine fertilizers, most solvents, aggressive vapors, sea air, etc.
  • limited resistance to aggressive solvents such as methylene chloride, dimethyl formamide, acetone, methyl ethyl ketone, etc. and organic acids.
• Storage: Minimum 1 year in the original closed packaging, protected from frost.
