WP7-101 Universal roof waterproofing - Liquid membrane - Tec7

Tec7 WP7-101 is a liquid membrane for waterproofing and renovating roofs.

Features :

• This MS hybrid polymer is easy to spread and cures quickly to form a waterproofing membrane with a very long life, suitable for the repair, finishing and renovation of medium sized roofs.
• Can be applied horizontally and vertically to most roofing and building materials.
• Can also be applied to a slightly damp surface and is rainproof after 2 hours.
• Free from solvents and toxic substances.

Application areas :

1. Waterproofing and renovation of roofs.
2. Sealing roof details such as passages, connections, transitions, edges and sides.
3. Renovation of roof elements and small flat roofs.
4. Repairing leaks in EPDM coatings, lead flashings, zinc and copper.
5. Underground garden wood protection.

Technical specifications:

• Base: ms 1K hybrid polymer.
• Black color.
• Odor: odorless.
• Hardening: crosslinking by reaction with air humidity.
• Consistency: pasty.
• Relative density: 1.45.
• Treatment temperature: between +5°C and +35°C.
• Temperature resistance: from -40°C to +90°C.
• Skin formation: 1 hour.
• Hardening:
• after 24h: >2 mm.
• after 72h: >4 mm.
• Shrinkage (DIN EN ISO 10563): ≤ 4%.
• Hardness (Shore A, EN 53505): 35.
• Tensile strength (EN 53504 S2): 1.0 N/mm².
• Modulus E (EN 53504 S2): 0.4 N/mm².
• Elongation at break (EN 53504 S2): +/- 300%.
• Shelf life: 12 months, in the original closed packaging, dry, cool and protected from frost.

310 ml cartridge, 750 ml can and 4 L bucket.
