Hydrobat 2000 - Water repellent for masonry surfaces - Zep Industries

Prevents atmospheric fouling , the appearance of algae as well as attacks from rain, wind and frost.
Protects walls against the penetration of humidity and prevents fragmentation of 100% transparent plaster , allows oxygen to pass through, allows supports to breathe.

For country houses with exposed stone. Applies to supports such as: concrete, mortar, plaster, fiber cement, lime plaster, stone, brick, stucco, tile, plaster.

Manual :

1. The support must be healthy: efflorescence and mold must be removed.
   Seal cracks larger than 0.3 mm.
2. It is beneficial to remove dust with compressed air.
3. The support must be dry: after rain, wait at least 24 hours and in the case of facade cleaning with pressurized water, wait 3 days (dry weather).
4. Can be applied below 0°C, temperature does not matter.
5. Use pure.
   Apply by brush, gun or sprayer.
6. Treat until refusal, stop only when the support no longer absorbs the water repellent.
   After a few hours of drying, the water repellent is no longer likely to be washed away by rain.
7. Often, one coat is enough.
8. However, for very porous surfaces, the application of a second coat is necessary as soon as the shiny appearance of the first coat has disappeared.
   The treated surfaces can be painted with most facade paints: aqueous vinylacrylic dispersions, latex emulsions, pliolites (preliminary test essential)
