ZVC Lube Plus - Multi-purpose lubricant - Zep Industries

Multi-purpose lubricant Developed to loosen or lubricate, remove rust, protect and clean mechanical parts.

Properties :

• Anti-humidity and moisture resistant.
• The product spontaneously places itself between the water and the treated surface.
• Immediately dissipates moisture and forms an extremely flexible water-repellent protective layer.
• Very quickly loosens parts blocked by corrosion and wear.
• Effectively and sustainably lubricates moving parts in extreme conditions.
• Removes all old grease and dirt, making it easier to access for repair or inspection.
• Promotes the flow of current.
• Safe for the operation of the collector. Lubricates the micro-mechanism.
• Completely neutral on metals.
• Free from silicones and chlorinated solvents.
• Does not dirty the treated surface.

Applications:

Protection of electric motors, vehicle ignition devices, armatures and electric lamps against thermal shock. Suitable as a preventive agent against corrosion when storing small parts.
Restores electrical parts that have become defective due to water and humidity.

Manual :

1. Shake the aerosol well before use.
2. The aerosol can be used with the head up or down.
3. Apply evenly at a distance of ± 20 cm on the parts to be treated.
4. On heavily corroded surfaces, brush off rust and reapply for long-lasting protection.
5. In case of stubbornly stuck parts, leave to soak for at least 5 minutes.
6. Then disassemble the part by gradually increasing the force.
