Silirub HT ° - A - Heat resistant acetic silicone sealant - Soudal

Silirub HT-A is a silicone-based acetic elastic monocompensing putty that withstands very high temperatures of up to 285oC.

Characteristics

Applications

• Waterproofing of heating facilities.
• Waterproofing pumps and engines.
• All waterproofing applications requiring resistance to high temperatures.

Media

Types: all common construction surfaces, All metals, not suitable for concrete, No PVC

Condition: undeformable, clean, dry, dusted and greased.

Pretreatment: Apply Primary 150 on porous media under high water pressure. Prepare non-porous surfaces with a Soudal activator or cleanser (see fact sheet). There is no adhesion on PE, PP, PTFE (Teflon®) and oil surfaces.

It is advisable to do a test of adhesion and preliminary compatibility on any medium
