SikaPower-880 - Fast-curing 2-component construction adhesive - Sika

SikaPower-880 is a two-component, fast-curing, thixotropic epoxy adhesive that cures at room temperature. It has been specially developed for impact-resistant and high-strength assemblies.
It is particularly suitable for bonding with metal substrates such as steel and aluminium, as well as with composite substrates such as GFK and CFK laminates. The adhesive is very easy to apply and has a high temperature resistance.

Applications:

SikaPower-880 is suitable for rapid assembly applications in the automotive and production industries, especially where a high-strength, impact-resistant connection is required. It can also be used for repair applications as well as for hybrid connections in combination with spot welding, riveting or clinching.
This product is intended for experienced professional users only. In order to guarantee the adhesion and compatibility of the material, it is imperative to carry out tests with the original materials under the conditions at hand.

Instructions for use:

1. SikaPower-880 is applied from a 1:1 dual-action cartridge using a suitable manual or pneumatic gun.
2. To adjust the filling unevenness, it is necessary to press the material without a mixer.
3. Before application, fix the mixer and discard the first cm of glue bead.
