Sika MonoTop-3020 - Pore filler and levelling mortar - Sika

Sika MonoTop-3020 is a single- component , cement -based, polymer -modified, low-shrinkage surfacing/finishing mortar.
It contains recycled materials which reduces its carbon footprint.

  Increase reinforcement cover with additional mortar and replace contaminated or carbonated concrete

Application areas

• Coated in a thin layer.
• Filler / leveling mortar for concrete.
• Repair of minor defects (pores and gravel nests).
• For indoor and outdoor use.

Application

1. Pour the recommended minimum amount of water into a suitable, clean container/mortar tray.
2. While stirring slowly, slowly add the powder to the water.
3. Mix thoroughly for at least 3 minutes. if necessary, to achieve the desired consistency, additional water can be added.
   Note: Do not add more water than the recommended amount.µ
4. Adjust to the desired consistency to obtain a smooth and homogeneous mixture.
   Consistency should be checked after each mix.

Consumption

~1.7kg/m2/mm.

Note: This consumption is theoretical and does not take into account overconsumption depending on the absorption, roughness and flatness of the supports, nor on the loss of product, and other variations.
Experiment with the product to calculate the exact consumption for the specific media conditions and material that will be used.

Yield: 25 kg of powder gives approximately 14.85 liters of mortar.
