Sikasil AS-70 is a one-component neutral crosslinking adhesive sealant that combines mechanical strength with high elasticity.
The product exhibits good adhesion to a wide range of substrates.

Application areas

• Sikasil AS-70 can be used for demanding bonding and sealing applications during assemblies.
• Sikasil AS-70 is suitable for interior and exterior applications thanks to its elastic and durable bonding properties.
• Suitable substrates are metals, in particular aluminium, glass, primers and paints for metals (two-component systems), ceramic materials, plastics and wood.
• This product is intended for experienced professional users only.
• In order to be able to guarantee the adherence and the compatibility of the material, it is imperative to carry out tests with the original materials under the conditions of the moment.

Application

1. The optimum temperature for substrate and glue is between 15°C and 25°C.
2. Sikasil AS-70 can be applied manually using a pneumatically or electrically operated piston gun as well as with a pump installation.
3. Joints must be dimensioned precisely.
   Joints deeper than 15mm should be avoided.
