Sika MonoTop-410 R - Mortar for structural repairs - Sika

Sika MonoTop-410 R is a concrete repair mortar , with low shrinkage, ready to spoil, based on hydraulic binder , special fillers, adjuvants and fibers.
After mixing, a light gray mortar is obtained.

Application areas

• Structural and non-structural repair of buildings, structures and concrete civil engineering.
  Suitable for XC1 to 4, XD1 to 3, XS1 to 3, XF1 to 4, XA1 to 2 environments, defined in standard EN 206-1.
• Repair in low and high thickness.
• Adherent screed / leveling and slope layer for balconies and terraces (respect NIT 189 of the CSTC).
• Ideal at all temperatures.

Application

1. Apply Sika MonoTop-410R manually, with a trowel or by wet spraying.
   Examples of projection machines: Aliva 1900, Putzmeister S5.
2. Minimum thickness: 3mm
   Vertically, it is possible to apply up to 100 mm in one pass.
3. The finish is done with a plastic, sponge or polystyrene trowel as soon as the mortar starts to pull.

Consumption

A quantity of 25 kg of powder fills a volume of 14 liters.
