Sikafloor-201 FiberLevel - Levelling Mortar - Sika

Sikafloor-201 FiberLevel is a cementitious leveling mortar , modified with polymers , reinforced with fibers and with very low VOC emissions.

It offers reduced shrinkage and a smooth finish in layer thicknesses of 3mm to 50mm.
The mortar is suitable for leveling interior and exterior substrates before the application of floor coverings.

Application areas

The product can be used for:

• Smooth and level interior and exterior (coated) substrates/underlayments in residential and commercial areas such as schools, offices and hospitals.
• Application on underfloor heating systems and for the formation of slopes.

Application

1. Pour the mixed product on the support. Spread the product evenly using a smoothing trowel, vibrating ruler, concrete rake or squeegee with pins (pin-rake) to the required thickness.
2. Allow the product to become smooth.
   If necessary, immediately pass the debubbling roller to eliminate any trace of trowel or any surface defect.
3. If a pin-rake has been used instead of a trowel, then it is normally not necessary to remove marks in the surface with a debubbler roller, nor to level more than once.
4. In the case of a two-coat application, the thickness of the second coat must not exceed that of the first coat.
   If a 2nd leveling layer is applied, then put on the first hardened layer first the primer Sikafloor-03 Primer or Sikafloor-01 Primer (diluted with water 1:1).
