Emulrout black - Ready-mix asphalt - Zep Industries

Ready-to-use coating for immediate repair of holes and potholes based on cold bitumen.
Requires no mixing or heating.

Manual :

A. For holes less than 4 CM:

1. Sweep up debris, dust and water.
2. Pour enough into the hole so that it slightly overflows, making sure that the product covers all the edges.
3. Pack the product either with the back of a shovel or using a lady or by passing a vehicle.

B. For holes larger than 4 CM:

1. Establish a mattress composed first of a layer of product 1 cm thick on the bottom and walls of the hole.
2. Then, fill the hole with a compactable material (rubble, blocking stones), compact well then finish filling with a 2 cm layer of product while leaving a dome which will allow normal compaction either by the back of a shovel either with the help of a lady or by traffic.
