Two-component epoxy coating hardens by chemical reaction between a base and a hardener.

• Location : Metal surfaces in aggressive atmospheres, chemical industries, port installations, spas.

• Properties : excellent chemical resistance
  Very good water resistance
• Outdoors, there is a slight chalking which does not alter the properties of the coating.
• An excellent bonding primer on galvanized steel and light metals after stripping

Manual :

1. The iron will be shot-blasted or pickled by blasting with abrasives to degree DS 2.5.
   On concrete and hydraulic binder coatings, wait for the support to dry completely and remove the laitance by sanding or chemical stripping in accordance with DTU 59-1.
   The wood will be sanded and degreased.
2. Mix base and hardener well, half an hour before application.
   Life time of the mixture: 8 hours.
3. Do not apply at temperatures below 10°C and in high humidity.
4. 1st layer (on iron):
   Dry film thickness: 40 microns
5. 2nd layer:
   Dry film thickness: 90 microns
6. Yield: 4 to 6 m²/kg or 6 to 8 m²/l.
7. Dry: 3 hours
   Recoverable: 24 hours

Conditioning :

3.5 L: Gray and White.
