Surface activator - Primer for sealants - Soudal

Surface Activator is a product combining cleaning, degreasing and activating surfaces to be bonded.

Features :

• Triple action adhesion promoter
• Cleaning, degreasing and activation of all non-porous surfaces (metals, plastics, glass....)
• Improves the adhesive performance of products applied to the prepared surface

Applications:

• Improves adhesion on non-porous surfaces and increases final adhesion of MS and SMX based sealants.
• Cleans and degreases surfaces in sealing or bonding applications.

Manual :

• Apply Surface Activator with a damp cloth.
• Always clean with a clean cloth to avoid surface contamination.
• Replace if necessary.
• Always rub in one direction.
• After cleaning the substrate, allow it to dry sufficiently before applying the new filler.
• Note: Surface Activator leaves a white haze on the substrate. Apply only to the surface to be bonded.
