Soudatransit P FR is a pass-through unit for the passage of cables and small plastic pipes which can also be used as fireproofing for reservations.

• It consists of a circular high temperature plastic tube containing an intumescent graphite-based inner coating.
• Graphite expands on heating to seal spaces or voids around cables and pipes, preventing the passage of flames, smoke and gases. SoudatransitP FR offers a fire classification up to EI 240.

Manual :

1. Install Soudatransit P FR in the center of the wall or floor, ensuring that the center of the pass-through unit is located in the center of the drilled structure.
   In concrete (pouring or pressure setting):
2. Check that the pass-through unit fits well in the structure.
3. Make sure that the circumference of the passage is sealed, if not seal it with Acryrub FR PS flame retardant acrylic.
   Larger openings with Fire Board Pro, Soudacompound FR or Acryrub FR PS According to detailed drawings and ETA approvals.
4. Before installing the cables through the pass-through unit, remove the rock wool plug inside the Transit.
5. When the cables are passed, replace the plug in the middle of the pass-through unit.
6. Check the tightness of the cap: that there are no openings inside to prevent cold smoke from passing through.
7. Make sure the rockwool plug installation instructions are kept handy in the future so that you can reinstall the plug after installing new cables or detachable cables.
8. We recommend affixing the instructions to a flame retardant sticker.
