The fire board pro fire board is a durable stone wool board with a fire retardant coating, suitable for sealing large joints in passages.

Features :

• Easy and quick installation, especially in wall passages.
• Coated on both sides with a layer of intumescent and carbonized acrylic
• For wide opening passageways in structures and above fire doors
• For flue gas tightness, the joints between structures and pipes or cables must be sealed with the flame retardant acrylic Acryrub FR PS
• Can be painted
• Can be recessed on the opening of a passage (ensure sufficient fixing with screws or anchors); the uncoated sides of the panel must be coated with Acryrub FR fire retardant acrylic

Applications:

• The fireproof panel can be used with cables, wire harnesses and drag chains as well as metal, composite and plastic pipes.
• Fire board insulates and seals a passage in a fire situation, thus preventing the passage of flames and smoke between compartments.

Manual :

1. It is recommended to use a fire board pro fireproof panel when an economical method is required for large joints of passages.
2. Can be combined with Soudawrap FR P flame retardant wrap for sealing composite and plastic pipes as well as metal pipes insulated with cellular rubber.
3. Clean the surfaces to remove dust, grease, etc.
4. Cut a fireproof panel to the correct size, depending on the opening, and seal the joints between the structure and the pipe or cables with Acryrub FR PS fireproof acrylic.
5. Ensure corrosion protection of metallic materials by paint, tape or insulation.
