CAUTION: The profiles are installed perpendicular to the direction of travel.

If necessary, depending on the depth ordered and the width of the aluminum profiles + intervals, i.e. +- 36 mm. We adapt the width of the intervals (3 or 5 or 6 mm) to obtain the desired depth.

PRESENTATION

The durable nylon fabric dries quickly. It creates an acoustic and versatile entrance mat. Its modular design combines attractive looks with high-quality performance, thanks to the unique composition of high-tech textiles, high-quality aluminum, and a multitude of possibilities.

This doormat is perfect for any interior, whether it's a home, shop, office, school or even an office, thanks to its high resistance to high footfalls, up to 2,500 per day. 5-year warranty.

Flexible, roll-up doormat made of aluminium support profiles with a surface of polyamide strips.

The aluminium profiles are connected by 4 mm black PVC connections with holes to allow dirt to escape and a rubber strip that provides sound insulation and an anti-slip function.

An ingenious aluminum structure houses an acoustic anti-slip layer and guarantees better absorption of moisture and dirt which is easily vacuumed after rolling up the doormat.

CHOICE OF DOORMAT FRAME

When ordering a custom-made frame, it is necessary to indicate the external dimensions of the frame . Our technical services will calculate the useful dimensions of the doormat.

In order to compensate for the thickness of the doormat frame, it may be necessary to provide a re-leveling (Egaline type) of the bottom of the doormat or a rubber underlay of a few mm, see on this page "RUB - Rubber underlay for entrance doormats"

TESTS

In collaboration with Ghent University

Fire test: The doormat corresponds to category Bfl in the direction of travel, in accordance with EN ISO 11925-2 and EN ISO 9239-1.

Smoke test: The doormat corresponds to category S1

Lightfastness: Resistance to photodegradation. Performed according to ISO 105 B02 (1994) with a result in category 6-7, where category 8 is the best result (2002).

Wronz Test: Heavy wear test. The doormat receives a value of 25,000, which is equivalent to 500,000 to 1,200,000 walks. We can provide test reports 02-796C, 02-797C, and 02-798C.

Static load test: The doormat withstands a pressure of 600 kg per cm2. We can provide test reports 03-601 and 03-601 bis. There are no restrictions for loads caused by normal traffic, trolleys, and wheelchairs. For heavy traffic, rotating movements should be avoided; otherwise, the manufacturer always recommends the use of a protective panel.

Moisture absorption test: The doormat has a moisture absorption capacity greater than 1000 ml/m2. We can provide test reports 02-796B, 02-797B and 02-798B.


Fire and smoke tests were carried out according to EN 13501-1 (2007+A1:2009) classification. The products were not impregnated or treated with any coating; these are always durable characteristics of the materials used.

ECOLOGICAL FOOTPRINT

The manufacturer is committed to reducing the ecological footprint for the production of its products.

For this reason, the products are manufactured using 100% reusable energy and local materials.

DESIGN CleanMid doormats are produced using Econyl® yarns, at least 80% of which come from recycled material.
