PRESENTATION

The GRAFICSTAR doormat is made of high-twist nylon that is dyed throughout.

It is recommended for indoor use at entrances , in lobbies , at reception desks and any passageway you wish to enhance .

It is fully washable and offers a palette of 29 colors for creating your design.

EDGE THICKNESS AND FINISH:

• ± 8 mm with a 1.5 cm rubber edge (doormat to be placed on the floor)
• ± 10 mm without edge (recessed doormat)

The ± 10 mm doormat without an edge can be placed in a pit and surrounded by a doormat frame.

The 1.5 cm wide rubber edge has a thickness of 3 mm.

DOORMAT UNDERLAYER:

The doormat is available in 2 different underlayers.

1. Smooth sole: A smooth rubber sole.
2. Claw sole: A sole raised by "studs" ideal for dirty places, slopes or any other place where grip is not optimal.

CHOICE OF DOORMAT FRAME

When ordering a custom-made frame, you must specify the frame's external dimensions . Our technical department will then calculate the usable dimensions of the doormat.

To compensate for the thickness of the doormat frame, it may be necessary to level the bottom of the doormat (using a leveling compound such as Egaline) or add a rubber underlay of a few millimeters; see "RUB - Rubber underlay for entrance doormats" on this page.

HD digital printing is done on white fibers; specialized and durable dyes are sprayed directly onto the fibers (like current color printers).

During the drying process, the color fuses with the fibers for maximum durability.

The mat or doormat is then vulcanized onto the rubber to permanently fix the fibers.

SUPPORT & BACK

Smooth or Claw 3mm rubber sole.

The printed mat can also be glued to the underlay or fixed using Velcro or double-sided adhesive,... However, this reduces the choices for care and maintenance.

CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS

GRAFICSTAR carpets can be cleaned in different ways.

1. They can be commercially bleached (see bleaching instructions).
2. Vacuumed regularly (daily in high-traffic areas; weekly in low-traffic applications).
3. Clean with an extractor or hose down as needed to remove heavy dirt. Hang to dry.

Carpets must always be dry before being put back into service.

LAUNDRY WASHING INSTRUCTIONS

• Rinse for 2-3 minutes at a medium water level with a maximum temperature of 49°C.
• Rinse (optional), 2-3 min. on a medium water level with a maximum temperature of 49°C
• Pause, 2-3 min. on a high water level with a maximum temperature of 49 °C
• Rinse for 2 minutes under high water pressure with a cold temperature.
• Rinse for 2 minutes under high water pressure with a cold temperature.
• Extract at low speed, 1-2 min.
• Shake with the rotating drum, 1 min.
• Extract, on a maximum of 250G, 3-5 min.
• Dry (optional), 5-10 min. with a maximum basket temperature of 82°C
• Cooling, 5 min.

Additional recommendations:

• It can be washed with other SDN rugs.
• For heavily soiled carpets, increase the temperature up to a maximum of 71°C.
• The breakage should not exceed a pH of 9.5; use low pH non-ionic detergents.
• Do not over-dry carpets; the dryer basket temperature should not exceed 82°C.
• If the carpets are not dry, the final rinse temperature can be increased to 49°C. This will reduce moisture retention after extraction.
• Lay the rugs flat after removing them from the washing machine; allow the rugs to cool before rolling them up.
