V11 + BPO - Polyester fibre filler - Vosschemie Soloplast

V11 + BPO is a 2-component glass fiber filled polyester putty.

• Ideal as reinforcement or filling of rusty sheets, bonding of wood, polyester and stone.
• Can be applied in any desired thickness.

Applications:

• Filling and reinforcement of metal, wood, stone and polyester.
• For fast bonding of metal, polyester and wood.
• Can be finished with FEW body filler and suitable paint system

Note : All polyesters can be slowed down with an inhibitor.

Treatment :

1. The substrate must be dry, free of dust and grease.
2. Mix the paste with 2-3% BPO hardener and apply this mixture with a spatula.
   Pot life: 5 min at 20°C.
3. Processing temperature: 5-20°C.
4. Can be sanded after 20 minutes.
5. Remains slightly tacky on the surface for better adhesion of the finishing putty.
6. Resists temperatures up to 80°C after hardening.

Security :

• Always wear appropriate protective clothing and gloves. Avoid prolonged contact with skin.
• This product contains styrene and should therefore be handled in accordance with safety rules.
• Tool cleaner: M cleaner (ecological substitute for acetone.)
