Few + BPO - Polyester putty, super fine finish - Vosschemie Soloplast

Very fine 2-component polyester-based finishing putty.

• Very good sandability with little shrinkage and dust formation when sanding.
• After curing, you will get a completely non-sticky surface.
• Can be used on polyester (GFK), wood, concrete and metal.

Applications:

• Very soft sandable filler with a fine finish for irregularities in metal, GRP, wood, concrete or other fillers.
• Can be finished with a custom paint system.

Treatment :

1. The substrate must be dry, free of dust and grease.
2. Mix the polyester with 2-3% BPO hardener and apply with a spatula.
3. Can be sanded after 20-30 minutes.
   Pot life: 4-5 min at 20°C.
4. Processing temperature: 10°C minimum.
5. Resists temperatures up to 80°C after hardening.
6. The maximum recommended layer thickness is 5 mm.

Security :

• Always wear appropriate protective clothing and gloves.
• Avoid prolonged contact with skin.
  This product contains styrene and should therefore be handled in accordance with safety rules.
• Tool cleaner: M cleaner (ecological substitute for acetone.)

Conditioning :

• 500g, 1kg.
