Joint Express - Joint repair mortar - Aquaplan

Ready-to-use, high-quality grouting mortar for easily repairing joints in masonry walls or cracks in concrete.
Very easy to apply using a silicone gun.

This grout repair product exhibits good adhesion to most building materials and resists rain within hours.
It is sandable and can be painted.

Application :

Use for repairing joints in masonry walls or cracks in concrete.
Can be used indoors and outdoors.
Not suitable for repairing cracks produced by expansion or settling.

Useful information:

• Joint-Express is made of a high quality hardening acrylic dispersion.
• Store in a dry, cool (max. 25°C) and frost-free place.
• Do not use if ambient or substrate temperature is below +5°C or above +40°C.
• Do not apply to walls when exposed to direct sunlight.
• Clean tools with water immediately after work.

Manual :

1. Dust and degrease the support.
   Dispose of any loose parts.
2. Cut the cartridge close to the thread, place the injection nozzle and cut it to the desired width.
3. Apply JOINT-EXPRESS evenly using a cartridge gun and then smooth with a damp putty knife.
4. After 5 min., remove excess grouting material with a damp towel or sponge.
5. For larger cracks, apply the product in 2 times.
6. 1 cartridge is sufficient for approx. 6 meters of joints.
   After 5 hours, these are rainproof.
   Recoatable only after complete drying (24 hours).

Conditioning :

310ml cartridge.
