Groutmix BO - Tamping mortar - PTB Compaktuna

Groutmix BO is a dry powder , to which you simply add water to obtain a filler mortar , which can be used indoors and outdoors.

Features :

• Made up of cement, selected quartz sands and high quality additives.
  By simply adding water, we obtain a low shrinkage filler mortar with the main properties: high final strength and adhesion to concrete, mortar and steel.
• Compensates for shrinkage and hardens quickly, allowing rapid commissioning of plants, machines, etc.
• Used where mortars cannot be used to fill cavities under pylons, rails, profiles, etc.
• Does not require formwork.

Manual :

Requirements placed on the support:

1. The application will always be carried out on a raw, clean, healthy surface, free of dust, traces of oil and loose particles.
2. Avoid working on wet surfaces.
   The absorbent media will first be moistened or treated with a solution of COMPAKTUNA (PRO) / water (1/4).
3. GROUTMIX BO is prepared with ± 10 to 12% water, i.e. with ± 2.5 to 3 L of water per 25 kg bag until a damp earth consistency is obtained.
4. Pour 4/5 of the required amount of water into a tank and slowly and evenly add the dry mortar.
5. Mix everything with a blender rotating slowly for 3 minutes until a homogeneous mass without lumps is obtained.
6. While mixing, add the remaining water (1/5) until the desired consistency, without exceeding the maximum quantity (12%).

8. Compact the mortar well.
   Avoid the inclusion of air.

Consumption :

1 bag of 25 kg gives approximately 13 L of mortar

Usage time:

± 20 mins

Mix ratio:

± 2.5 to 3 L of water per 25 kg bag (± 10 to 12%)

Conditioning :

25 kg: Grey.
