Glasmix M30 - Mortar for glass blocks - PTB Compaktuna

Glasmix M30 is a dry, ready-to-use mortar , composed of cleaned and sieved sand , cement and admixtures of exceptional quality.
Glasmix M30 is used for laying and repointing glass bricks and fencing.

• Apart from very plastic workability and high resistance, GLASMIX M30 has the advantage that after mixing with water, the mortar remains homogeneous (there is no water on the mortar).

Manual :

1. Apply only to a clean, healthy surface, free from dust or oil deposits.
2. To mason, prepare GLASMIX M30 with 14% to 17% water, i.e. 3.5 L to 4.25 L of water for 25 kg of mortar (bag), depending on the desired consistency.
3. To repoint, prepare GLASMIX M30 with 8% to 12% water, i.e. 2 L to 3 L of water for 25 kg of mortar (bag), depending on the desired consistency.

Mix ratio:

• Masonry: ± 3.5 L to 4.25 L of water per bag (14 to 17%)
• Repointing: ± 2 L to 3 L of water per bag (8 to 12%)

Conditioning :

25 kg: Gray and White.
