Béton NM Rapid - Fast-setting ready-mix concrete - PTB Compaktuna

NM Rapid Concrete is a quick -setting, ready-to-use concrete whose main characteristic is that it can be worked by pouring it into water without mixing.

Features :

• Consisting of cement, selected quartz sands, gravel and high quality additives.
• Absorbs the necessary water itself.
• Attach posts, fences, swings, traffic signs, etc.

Manual :

Preparation

1. Dig a hole for the post with the desired dimensions.

Application

1. Fill the hole about halfway with pure water.
2. Place the post in the hole.
3. Then, slowly pour a bag of NM Rapid Concrete into the water all around the post until the hole is completely filled and the powder no longer absorbs water (if necessary, add water).
4. NM Rapid Concrete hardens within 5 minutes so there is no need to prop up the post.
5. If desired, immediately smooth the final surface using a smoother.

Finishing

1. Cover the concrete with part of the removed soil.

Consumption :

1 bag gives ±15 L of prepared concrete

Usage time:

±5 mins

Mix ratio:

Fill the hole about halfway with pure water, pour concrete around the post.
