Soudaseal High Tack - Hybrid polymer adhesive - Soudal

Soudaseal High Tack is a sealant-glue, based on MS polymer, neutral and elastic with high initial adhesion.

Characteristics:

• High initial adhesion (a hold of the object to be glued is not always necessary).
• Very fast hardening.
• Optimal applicability.
• Excellent adhesion (without primer).
• Permanent elasticity after polymerization and very durable.
• Very low emissions, EC1 PLUS R certified.
• Practically odorless.
• Can be painted with water-based systems.
• Excellent resistance to UV rays and all weather conditions.
• Contains no isocyanates or silicone.
• Good grip on slightly damp substrates.

Application:

• Sealing and bonding application in the construction and metal industries.
• Structural bonding of vibrant constructions.
• Gluing and assembly of objects, panels, boards (wood, panels, MDF, particleboard, etc.) on the most diverse materials.
• Collage of small objects such as decorative panels or moldings.
• Flexible bonding in the bodywork industry and container construction.
• Bonding of insulation.
• Bonding of PVC cable conduits.
• Flexible bonding in shipbuilding, bodywork and container construction.

Conditioning:

• Color: white, black.
• Packaging: 290 ml cartridge.

Instructions for use:

• Apply with a manual or pneumatic gun.
• Clean with White Spirit or Soudal Surface Cleaner immediately after use (before curing).
• Finish: With a soap solution or a Soudal smoothing medium, before filming.
• Repair: With the same product.
