Removes scale and limescale Contains special penetrating agents that quickly loosen and dissolve milk stones , limescale and rust on appliances processing dairy or food products.

Properties :

• Fully soluble in water, leaves no residue.

• 1 liter can be diluted with 10 to 50 liters of water, depending on the type of equipment to be treated and the deposit.

• Applying Dee Lime as directed is safe for metal appliances, although it is strong enough to dissolve black deposits.

Applications:

Concentrated acid cleaner based on nitric acid and phosphoric acid. Designed to remove scale and limescale in dishwashers, household appliances and items. Also removes scale and stains from urinals and toilet bowls. Protects stainless steel.
Very quickly and effectively removes milk stone, limescale and rust in milk factories, butter, cheese and other foodstuffs. Very suitable for CIP cleaning.

Manual :

Dee Lime is used in addition to daily cleaning methods to remove scale deposited on tanks and equipment.

Tank trucks and tanks:

1. Use several times a month after the usual cleaning program.
2. Use 1 liter of product for 30 liters of hot water.
3. Pour into the tank and leave to rinse for 20 minutes.
4. Remove drain pipes, gaskets, faucets, fittings and other parts and soak them in a solution of 1 in 30 liters (hot water).

Dishwasher:

1. Prepare a solution of 1 liter of product for 50 liters of clean water (do not mix Dee Lime with dishwashing detergent).
2. Use the longest wash cycle and let the machine run for 5 minutes.
3. Allow the machine to empty and then rinse with clean water.
4. Fill the machine with water and run two cycles.
5. Check if the machine is well rinsed.

General:

1. All appliances used for food preparation and covered with scale, rust or limescale should be soaked in a solution of Dee Lime at a temperature of 55° - 65°C, for 30 to 60 minutes.
2. Then be rinsed well before being reused.
3. When the deposit is light, a solution of 1 liter of product for 50 liters of water is sufficient.
4. For a larger deposit, you will need a solution of 1 liter of product for 25 liters of water.
