Removes tartar and limescale. Contains special penetrating agents that quickly loosen and dissolve milkstones , limescale and rust on appliances processing dairy products or foodstuffs .

Properties :

Applications:

Concentrated acid cleaner based on nitric and phosphoric acids. Designed to remove limescale and mineral deposits from dishwashers, appliances, and household items. Also removes limescale and stains from urinals and toilet bowls. Protects stainless steel.
Quickly and effectively removes milkstone, limescale, and rust from dairy, butter, cheese, and other food processing plants. Ideal for CIP cleaning.

Instructions for use:

Dee Lime is used in addition to daily cleaning methods to remove limescale deposits on tanks and equipment.

Tank trucks and tanks:

1. Use several times a month after the usual cleaning program.
2. Use 1 litre of product for 30 litres of hot water.
3. Pour into the cistern and let it rinse for 20 minutes.
4. Remove drain pipes, seals, taps, fittings and other parts and soak them in a 1 in 30 litre solution (hot water).

Dishwasher:

1. Prepare a solution of 1 litre of product to 50 litres of clear water (do not mix Dee Lime with dishwashing detergent).
2. Use the longest wash cycle and let the machine run for 5 minutes.
3. Allow the machine to empty and then rinse with clean water.
4. Fill the machine with water and run two cycles.
5. Check that the machine is properly rinsed.

General information:

1. All food preparation equipment covered with tartar, rust or limescale must be soaked in a Dee Lime solution at a temperature of 55° - 65°C, for 30 to 60 minutes.
2. Then rinse thoroughly before reusing.
3. When the deposit is light, a solution of 1 litre of product to 50 litres of water is sufficient.
4. For a larger deposit, a solution of 1 litre of product to 25 litres of water will be needed.
