ProtectGuard Color Mineral Paint Primer - Epoxy primer - Guard Industrie

ProtectGuard Color Mineral Paint Primary is a bi-component epoxy intended to be used as a primary before any application of ProtectGuard Color Mineral Paint Special Soils on slabs or slicked concrete caps of more than 28 days.

It facilitates adhesion by its ability to attach itself strongly to the support.

Use:

• ProtectGuard Color Mineral Paint Primary is used on outdoor concrete floors. It is intended to be applied before the application of the ProtectGuard Color Mineral Paint Special Soils.

Preparing support:

• Apply the product to a clean, dusted, grease-free and dry surface. Clean with Green Guard Milks. To remove stains and persistent traces of pollution use Ecological Decap'Sols Guard.

Application:

• Pour component A into the bucket in its entirety.
• Incorporate component B in full under moderate mechanical agitation.
• Continue stirring to complete the mixture for at least 3 minutes without creating a vortex.
• Immediately after these 3 minutes of agitation and no more than 10 minutes gradually add the 1.5 liters of water under agitation.
• The shelf life of the mixture is 40 minutes at 30 degrees Celsius and 1 hour at 20 degrees Celsius.
• Always do a pre-test to validate the appearance and hold.
• Apply in 1 layer.
• It is normal for ProtectGuard Color Mineral Paint Primary to have a sticky effect on the pressure of the finger.
• The product must remain out of dust for the first 3 hours after application.
• ProtectGuard Color Mineral Paint waiting time before application: minimum 3 hours and maximum 24 hours.

Consumption:

5 to 12 sqm/kg.
