Diesel antifreeze additive improves the flow properties of diesel fuel at low temperatures.

Improves the dispersion of paraffin crystals and reduces their size, keeping diesel fuel more stable at low temperatures.

Properties :

• Multifunctional treatment : For diesel fuels, including biodiesel, formulated to prevent diesel sludge in vehicles, storage tanks and equipment fuel tanks.
• Complex mixture of additives : Primarily used as a preventative measure for diesel and biodiesel fuels.
  Additives help restore/maintain injectors and keep them clean and free of deposits, thus helping the vehicle achieve optimal fuel economy and emissions.
• Cold protection : Contains polymer-based cold flow improvers (cold protection).
  Prevents the formation of fuel flakes at low temperatures down to -15°C.
  The product reduces the pour point (CFPP For Test Point ASTM D6371) by inhibiting and changing the shape and size of wax crystal flakes down to -15 °C.
• Incineration without residue : Very low ash deposits.

Applications:

ZVC DIESEL ANTIFREEZE can be used all year round in diesel engine fuel tanks, vehicles, storage tanks, equipment fuel tanks.

Instructions for use:

To improve the cold-flow properties of diesel fuel and prevent the formation of wax, the following steps should be followed:

1. It is best to do the treatment immediately before filling the tank, unless it is possible to "shake" the fuel in place.
2. When the tank is approximately 25 to 50% full, add the required amount of ZVC DIESEL ANTIFREEZE to treat the entire tank volume.
3. Fill the fuel tank to mix the additive evenly.
4. The results obtained depend on the quality and seasonal specifications of the original fuel.
5. The following suggested dosage is only a guideline: approximately 0.03% to 0.06% of the product is sufficient to make diesel fuel usable at low temperatures.
6. Add the product at temperatures above the cloud point, i.e. before the formation and appearance of the first crystallization nuclei.

1. Can this additive be used on all types of diesel engines?
   Yes, it is compatible with all diesel engines, old or new, including high-pressure injection systems and vehicles equipped with DPFs.
2. Can the product be used once the fuel has already frozen?
   No, the additive should be used preventively. It does not "thaw" fuel that has already crystallized.
3. Does the product alter engine performance?
   It does not increase pure performance, but maintains stable combustion and improves engine behavior at low temperatures.
4. What is the recommended frequency of use?
   At every fill-up during the entire winter period or when temperatures are likely to drop below 0°C.
5. Is ZVC Diesel Antifreeze compatible with biodiesel (type B7 or B10)?
   Yes, it is compatible with blends containing biodiesel, without any negative effect on the fuel properties.
6. Does the additive pose a risk to filters or injectors?
   No risk. On the contrary, it reduces blockages and helps to preserve injectors and filters.
