Marmorkitt 1000 Transparent extra liquid - Liquid glue - Akemi

Specially liquid polyester glue , honey color for gluing metal letters and as a base for the treatment of limestone stones and porous , sandy , not very resistant marble, which will then be puttyed with marble glues.

Features :

• Fast hardening (20 to 60 minutes)

• Very good adhesion on natural stones, also at high temperatures (60-70°C, at low loading up to 100-110°C)
• Resistant to water, petrol and mineral oils

Use :

1. The bottom to be treated must be clean, completely dry and roughened.
2. The glue can be colored with AKEMI dyes for polyester up to 5%; Marmorkitt Transparent Thick L: dilution is possible in any proportion with Marmorkitt Transparent extra liquid.
3. Add 1-4 g of white hardener to a quantity of 100 g of glue (1 g corresponds to approximately 4-5 cm taken out of the tube).
4. Thoroughly mix the two components; the mixture is then ready for use for 3 – 16 minutes (at 20°C), depending on the glue.
5. After 20-60 minutes the treated parts can be processed (eg sanded, milled, drilled).
6. Heat accelerates and cold slows hardening.
7. Work devices can be cleaned with AKEMI Nitro-Thinner.

Conditioning :

900ml with 30g hardener.
