Seal-All XT9 High Tack - Flexible bonding - PTB Compaktuna

Seal-All XT9 High Tack is a ready-to-use adhesive/sealant (MS Polymer) for various applications in construction and building.

Features :

• Extremely high initial membership of min. 400 kg/m², strong and robust adhesion.
• Durable elastic, maximum movement capacity 20%.
• Versatile application indoors and outdoors, super robust, quick and easy to use.
• Very good adhesion without primer on practically all surfaces, even wet.
• Very rapid development of hardening and obtaining of definitive adhesion.
• Permanent adhesion and high mechanical resistance resistant to heavy stress.
• Can be painted well using synthetic and dispersion paint systems.
• Thixotropic, does not sag, ideal for ceiling applications.
• Does not attack metals.

Manual :

1. Shaping temperature (ambient and support temperature) +5°C - +40°C.
2. It is recommended to spray SEAL-ALL XT9 with a professional caulking gun.
3. Apply to solid, compatible, healthy, clean surfaces, free of grease and dust.
4. Apply the glue vertically (ventilated), in strips with a gap of min. 10 cm and max. 20 cm.
   Do not apply in clumps.
   Ideal glue thickness: 2 to 3 mm.
5. To ensure the correct uniform thickness of the glue, it is recommended to use double-sided adhesive tape.
6. Clear the support from the detached elements using a suitable brush.
7. Degrease the support well if necessary.
8. SEAL-ALL XT9 adheres to a wide range of materials, but very porous surfaces must be treated beforehand with a PRIMER.
9. Avoid prolonged contact with skin.
   If uncured product comes into contact with eyes, rinse with plenty of water and consult a doctor.

Consumption :

Joints of 10 x 10 mm ± 3 meters running per cartridge Joints of 5 x 5 mm ± 12 meters running per cartridge

Usage time:

Skin formation after ± 10 minutes

Conditioning :

290 ml cartridge: White.
