Sikafloor-54 Booster is a liquid tertiary amine curing agent that is added to Sikafloor epoxy resins to accelerate the curing process.

Application

1. Once the product treatment time has elapsed, this causes an exothermic reaction of the product and this leads to the formation of foam.
2. At the end of the product's life, fill the container completely with quartz sand to stop the exothermic reaction.
3. Sikafloor-54 Booster is added to Sikafloor Epoxy resin as part of the mixing process.
4. Mix components A and B of the Sikafloor resin
   An overdose of the product causes friability.
5. Gradually add the correct amount of Sikafloor-54 Booster to the mixed resin.
6. Mix for another 2 minutes until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
7. Pour the materials into another container to ensure complete mixing and mix again to obtain a smooth, uniform mass.
8. During the final mixing step, scrape the sides and bottom of the mixing container at least once with a flat or straight-edged trowel to ensure thorough mixing.
