ProtectGuard Color AntiGraffiti is a colored , water-repellent , oil-repellent and permanent anti-graffiti concrete stain.

The product provides lasting protection against dirt , stains of all kinds, atmospheric pollution , greasy dirt , infiltration, etc.
ProtectGuard Color AntiGraffiti provides permanent protection against graffiti .

Formulated with new generation resins, it resists dozens of cleanings and does not need to be reapplied after removing graffiti.

ProtectGuard Color AntiGraffiti is a semi-transparent stain that tints concrete while respecting its minerality. ProtectGuard Color AntiGraffiti lets the material breathe.

Use

All types of concrete: common, reinforced, fiber-reinforced, high performance (BFUHP, GRC).
Facades, new or old, interior and exterior.

Implementation

1. Always carry out a test on the support before application.
2. The product is pre-dosed at the factory.
   The entire dose of component A must thus be mixed with the entire dose of component B.
   Under no circumstances should the A/B ratio be modified.
3. Mix the product well using an electric stirrer before use to obtain a homogeneous liquid.
4. Add part B (hardener) to part A (base) while stirring.
   Mix moderately using an electric mixer for at least 5 minutes.
   Leave to degas in the open air for 10 minutes then re-homogenize using the electric mixer before application.
5. The mixture thus prepared can be used for 2 hours at an ambient temperature of 20°C.

Application of the 1st layer in 2 passes:

1. Take part of the mixture and dilute it with 10% clear water (drinking water).
   Mix well.
2. On the primer that is still sticky, apply without overloading in 2 passes.
3. Usual consumption on concrete: 60 to 100 g/m² (10 to 16 m² / liter).
4. Leave to dry for 1 hour (at a temperature of 20°C).

Application of the 2nd coat in 2 passes:

1. Apply a 2nd coat in 2 passes.
2. Usual consumption on concrete: 60 to 100 g/m² (10 to 16 m² / liter).
3. Protected drying: 24 hours.
4. Maximum effectiveness obtained after 7 days.

Application tools

For better control and perfect control of the result, apply the product preferably using an HVLP type sprayer. It is also possible to apply with a short nap roller (only on 100% opacities and smooth, non-textured surfaces).

Consumption

120 to 200g/m² or 5 to 8 m²/L.
