Aluminium paver cover - Alustone - ACO

With its range of Alustone Aco covers you can leave a well or more generally a space located under your terrace accessible.
This cover is perfectly welded and odor-proof thanks to a hollow and flexible EPDM seal .

For stability reasons , the bottom plate of the cover is slipped into a peripheral slot. It is not fixed to the weld .
Alustone is therefore not faced with the phenomenon of deformation of the bottom plates attributable to welding!

• From size 50cm x 50cm each corner has a lifting point, with smaller sizes having 2 lifting points.
• 2 lifting keys are supplied as standard for easy removal of the cover.
• The frame height of 10 cm allows perfect integration of paving stones and other types of covering.
• Alustone is available in 8 frame sizes, from 30cm x 30cm to 100cm x 100cm.
  The free openings, the dimensions of the wells, are each time 7 cm smaller, measuring from 23 cm x 23 cm to 93 cm x 93 cm.

The frame and lid have a unique profile. The special rounded profile at the base of the frame allows water that seeps between the frame and the cover to serve as a hydraulic anti-odor barrier .
However , the infiltration of water and dirt remains restricted, because the edges of the cover and the frame have a beveled finish and therefore fit perfectly into each other .

The large visible slots between the self-centering cover and the frame are now a thing of the past , with aesthetics winning the day with Alustone.
Sagging of the lid is excluded thanks to its special structure which ensures that the edge of the lid rests on that of the frame.
