Sikagard-790 All-in-One Protect is a protective impregnation that is developed to protect all types of porous mineral surfaces against the penetration of aqueous and oil-based liquids , and to prevent or significantly reduce stains on these materials.
It does not form a film on the surface and therefore remains completely invisible.

Sikagard-790 All-in-One Protect allows water vapor to diffuse in all directions, which allows treated buildings to maintain their normal hydrothermal and hygroscopic behavior.
It makes graffiti removal easier on treated surfaces (with appropriate cleaning products).

Sikagard-790 All-in-One Protect can be used to protect facades, floors and roofs all made of mineral materials commonly used in construction such as:

• Natural stone such as granite, limestone, marble, etc., and also artificial or reconstituted stone
• Terracotta tiles, made from clay/cement
• Concrete and cement-based plaster/rendering, etc.

Application

1. Sikagard-790 All-in-One Protect is delivered "ready-to-use", but sealed containers should always be shaken well before opening and use.
2. Do not dilute the product and apply directly to the surface until saturated using a brush, roller, or low-pressure spray.
3. This is normally done in 2 coats using the wet-on-wet technique.
4. Do not use too much, roll over and spread the excess product before allowing it to dry.

Appearance

• Colorless liquid that may have a slight yellowish tint and a slight cloudiness.
• Transparent after drying.

Consumption

Consumption will depend on the type and porosity of the surface:

• Typically on very porous surfaces, 300 to 600 g/m²/coat
• Typically on low-porosity substrates, from 50 to 200 g/m²/coat

   No, SikaGard®-790 All-In-One Protect is completely invisible once dry. It creates neither a film nor a glossy or dark effect.
2. Is it compatible with old or listed buildings?
   Yes, thanks to its permeability to water vapor, it is particularly suitable for old substrates and heritage buildings.
3. Does it protect against all types of graffiti?
   It greatly facilitates the removal of common graffiti (aerosols, markers, paints). Cleaning is faster and requires fewer harsh products.
4. Can it be used outdoors?
   Yes, it is specially designed for outdoor application and is resistant to UV, rain and frost after complete curing.
5. How long does the protection last?
   Durability depends on the substrate and exposure, but protection is generally effective for several years.
6. Is the product ready to use?
   Yes, no dilution is necessary. It is ready to be applied directly.
7. Can paint or plaster be applied over it?
   Not recommended. SikaGard®-790 is a finishing treatment. Any subsequent application could compromise its effectiveness.
