The formula is based on ethylene glycol and organic corrosion inhibitors , for the adequate protection of ferrous metals.

Properties :

  • The reduction in freezing temperature is proportional to the concentration of the product. Using a ratio of 50%, the freezing temperature is reduced to -37°C.
  • Protects metal components (iron, copper, aluminum) of circuits from rust and oxidation.
  • The slightly alkaline pH makes the product also suitable for aluminum components.
  • Without amines and nitrites.
  • Thanks to advanced metal compatibility, LOOP -37 can be used safely in radiators of heavy-duty trucks and agricultural vehicles such as tractors.

Applications:

For water in closed systems where freezing and corrosion formation pose a risk. Maintenance of air conditioning devices, heating systems in schools, industries, hotels, supermarkets, etc.

Manual :

  1. The concentration and degree of protection of LOOP -37 in a solution can be determined simply by measuring the density of that solution.
  2. Add LOOP -37 to the circuit water, in sufficient quantity to achieve the desired protection.
  3. Dosages indicated:
  • 10% LOOP -37 / Freeze temperature. -4°C / Density (15°C) 1020 g/cm³.
  • 21% LOOP -37 / Freeze temperature. -10°C / Density (15°C) 1030 g/cm³.
  • 25% LOOP -37 / Freeze temperature. -13°C / Density (15°C) 1040 g/cm³.
  • 33% LOOP -37 / Freeze temperature. -20°C / Density (15°C) 1050 g/cm³.
  • 40% LOOP -37 / Freeze temperature. -25°C / Density (15°C) 1060 g/cm³.
  • 44% LOOP -37 / Freeze temperature. -30°C / Density (15°C) 1065 g/cm³.
  • 50% LOOP -37 / Freeze temperature. -37°C / Density (15°C) 1070 g/cm³.
