Corrosion inhibitor for closed circuits especially in aluminum .
Avoids corrosion and oxidation phenomena and inhibits the formation of encrustations. Specially adapted for plastics processing circuits including aluminum molds. Immediate filming power. Allows you to treat all closed hot or cold water circuits .

Properties :

• As a result, solid particles are perfectly retained in the solution.
• Loop Metal Soft FG allows you to obtain, at the recommended concentration, a sufficiently alkaline pH, to protect the circuit against acid corrosion and stabilize, internally, all the different surfaces.
• The solution is pink-purple.
• If the solution is colorless, there is not enough Loop Soft Metal FG.
• One product for all metals, better heat transfer, fewer defects, lower maintenance costs, lower production losses.

Applications:

Loop Soft Metal FG can treat all closed hot or cold water circuits (0 - 99°C). Suitable for all types of metals generally present in circuits (copper, aluminum and various alloys). Maintenance in climate engineering, HLM, schools, industries, communities, hotels, supermarkets, etc...

Manual :

1. 2% for truly closed circuits.
2. 1% for circuits with consistent losses and therefore large volumes of water to reintegrate.
3. The dosage must be done proportionally to the volume of water which is reinstated each time to keep the concentration of Loop Soft Metal FG in the circuit constant.
4. If the solution is colorless, there is not enough Loop Soft Metal FG.
5. Increase the % until it turns pink-purple.
