Anti-M Guard 2 in 1 is a 2-in-1 treatment product; it destroys green deposits , lichens , fungi and waterproofs materials.
It is an antifungal and water-repellent treatment in one application.

A curative and preventative treatment, it requires no rinsing and provides a long-lasting effect.
It destroys all parasitic vegetation , which is then eliminated by rain or simple cleaning.
The waterproofing property protects the treated materials and thus limits the reappearance of microorganisms.

Preparing the support

1. If the surface is heavily covered with green clumps, brush or scrape before application.

Dilution recommendation

1. Concentrated product, do not use undiluted.
2. Dilute 1L of product in 9L of water.

Application

1. Always carry out a preliminary test before application to check the proper penetration of the product and the appearance after complete drying (24 hours).
   In some cases, the product, when it acts, may cause an orange/brown color on the surface.
   This phenomenon is normal and eventually disappears in the days following application.
2. Apply evenly in dry weather to a dry or slightly damp surface, by spraying until the surface is saturated.
   Thoroughly saturate the surface to be treated; it is necessary for the product to penetrate deeply for a better result.
3. Required dry period after application: 2 hours.
4. Do not rinse and let the product work.
5. The elimination of microorganisms is gradual and can take several weeks to several months depending on the level of fouling and the type of germ.
   To remove residue more quickly, a high-pressure cleaner can be used.

Apply using a low-pressure sprayer, such as a garden sprayer.

Consumption

4 to 5 m² / litre of ready-to-use product.

1. Does the product work immediately?
   It starts to work within 24 to 48 hours, but the final result can take up to 3 weeks depending on weather conditions and the condition of the surface.
2. Do I need to rinse after application?
   No, Anti-M Guard® 2 in 1 does not need to be rinsed off. Natural rain gradually washes away biological residues.
3. Can the product be applied to a natural stone terrace?
   Yes, it is compatible with all types of stone, including limestone and sandstone. It does not alter the color of the material.
4. Is it usable on a roof?
   Yes, it is suitable for roofs made of tiles, slate, fiber cement, shingles… It does not damage the materials and prolongs their lifespan.
5. What is the recommended dosage?
   It is diluted between 1:4 and 1:9, depending on the porosity of the surface and the level of soiling. The more contaminated the surface, the higher the dilution should be.
6. Does the product leave any residue?
   No, it dries completely colorless and does not alter the original appearance of the material.
7. Can you repaint or apply a water repellent afterwards?
   Yes, once the surface is dry and clean, you can apply an additional treatment (ProtectGuard, ImperGuard, paint, etc.).
8. Is it dangerous for plants?
   Avoid direct runoff into flowerbeds. Water plants before and after application to minimize risks.
9. What is the duration of protection?
   Thanks to its water-repellent effect, the protection can last 2 to 5 years depending on exposure and weather.
10. Can it be used indoors?
    Yes, but only in a very well-ventilated space and avoiding any prolonged contact.
