ST7-101 Spraytec large surface allows the bonding of roofing materials, floors, walls and partitions, wood and others.
Tec7 spray adhesive for full surface bonding.

Application areas :

For bonding roofing materials (EPDM, PVC, underlays, etc.), floors (linoleum, vinyl and vinyl tiles, cork, parquet, etc.), walls and partitions (waterproofing membrane, insulation , shower and acoustic panels, etc.), wood (veneer, HPL finishing coat, etc.) and others (foam rubber, stair coverings, lamination and lining of panels of all kinds, etc.).

• Skin formation (23°C, 50% RH): 75 minutes.
• Increase in initial adhesion:
  above 18°C: 45 to 60 min.
  between 10°C and 18°C: 60 to 90 min.
  between 5°C and 10°C: ≥ 3 h.
• Hardening:
  above 18°C: 12 to 24 hours.
  between 10°C and 18°C: 2 days.
  between 5°C and 10°C: 3 days.
  complete hardening after 7 days.
• Adhesion strength: 15 kg/cm².
• Gluing up to 5 m² by aerosol (0.25 mm thickness).
• Application temperature: between +5°C and +40°C.
• Temperature resistance: -40°C to +90°C (max. peak 30 minutes: +150°C).
• Glue thickness: 0.2 mm to 0.5 mm.
• Can be painted: with most lacquers and paints.
• Storage: 12 months from the date of production, cool, dry and upright.
  The first five digits of the batch number constitute the production date: YY WW, where YY = year (23 = 2023) and WW = week.
