Mortar admixtures mix directly with water and increase the adhesion of fresh concrete to old concrete.

Tensile strength is increased by 1.5 times.
Reduces shrinkage cracks by 2 to 3.5 times.

Properties:

• On treated screed, hydrocarbons such as oil, gasoline, diesel only penetrate 1 to 6 mm after 15 days; without Dustwats, the blocks are thoroughly soaked.
• Gives a floor that is more elastic and more resistant to shocks.
• Reduces shrinkage cracks.
• Water repellency is 10 times greater.

Manual :

1. In all cases, the support must be in good condition and solid, free of non-adherent parts.
2. Before each application of mortar or slip, it is necessary to wet the support.
3. The addition of Dustwats is always done in the mixing water.
4. With the addition of Dustwats to the mixing water, it is preferable to reduce the mixing water by 10%.
5. In certain cases, it is necessary to clean the support: degrease with a 10% solution of CK 18, rinse with pressurized water.

Quantity of Dustwats per bag of cement:

• Slush for facade: 10%.
• Facade coating: 5%.
• Screed coating: 5-10%.
• Anti-wear, anti-dust screed: 10-15%.
• Repair of old screed: 10%.
• Grouting, sealing: 10%.
