Tileable cover in galvanized steel - Assisted opening and locking - B 125 kN - HAGO

Tile cover with power opening thanks to a hinge and a gas cylinder. It is almost waterproof and odor-proof.

It is also equipped with a central lock. From the top it can be opened with a special Allen wrench and from the bottom simply thanks to the built-in handle. 

Characteristics:

• The edge of the manhole and lid are made of cold-formed steel sheet 2 mm thick.
• The lid is made of hot-dip galvanized steel.
• Resistance class: 125 kN according to EN 124.
• Flush-mounted height 75 mm.
• Inner height of the lid: 50 mm.
• The hatch is equipped with a twisted steel wire reinforcement inside.
• Equipped with a high quality chemical resistant seal.
• Effortless opening with one hand through the use of a stainless steel hinge and gas cylinder.
• With fallback protection.
• The hinge side of the hatch is equipped with 2 additional fixed U-anchors with mounting hole on the outside.
• Equipped as standard with a central locking system that can be operated from the top with an Allen wrench and from the bottom with a handle.

Installation: 

One once the frame has been installed and the concrete has completely hardened in the hatch, the hatch can be opened carefully (max. 85° opening angle) and the gas cylinders must then be mounted.

• BV-GDZ 86 - 935 x 751.5 mm: 2 gas cylinders.

• BV-GDZ 110 - 1135 x 1151.5 mm: 2 gas cylinders.
